Rigorous inspection regimes ensure that quality standards are strictly maintained. We are members of Campden BRI and our Technical Manager has an active role on the IQF vegetable specifications committee, so we are always fully up to date with industry standards. He is also an approved Northern Foods auditor.

Our exclusive Chinese supply base is supported by a dedicated Technical Manager with many years of experience in the UK food manufacturing sector. He lives and works full time in China and can boast M&S Field to Fork auditor status.
